Jeffrey Whitlock  was born the son of the Mr. Oscar Dobson and Mrs. Jossie Washington in Hampton County, South Carolina June 22, 1979. Jeffery attended the public schools in Hampton County and his favorite hobby was lawn care.He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

 Jeffrey is preceded in death by his step father, Mr. Leon Washington, and grandparents. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Our heavenly father called him  to rest December 20, 2017 at Hampton Regional Medical Center, Varnville, SC.

Jeffrey leaves to cherish his fond memories: a loving and devoted mother: Ms. Jossie Washington, Brunson, SC  father: Oscar Dobson, Brunson, SC.  Five brothers: Johnathan (Christine) Whitlock, Albany, NJ; Johnnie Robinson, Allendale, SC; Oscar Lee (Sarah) Dobson, Jr., Bluffton, SC; Troy Monroe, Houston, TX; Antonio Williams, Birmingham, AL.  Five sisters: Tamika Whitlock, Brunson, SC; Ramona Tara Dobson, Beaufort, SC; Tiamira (Steve) Boykin, Orangeburg, SC; Shantia Dobson, Brunson, SC; Nora (Jerell) Holmes, Jacksonville, FL.  A host of loving aunts including two special aunts: Lula Whitlock, Brunson, SC and Peggy (John) Williams, Brunson, SC; loving uncles including two special uncles: Hilton (Carolyn) Whitlock, Brunson, SC and Toby Williams, Gifford, SC. A host of nieces, nephews, friends including special friends: Willie “Bubba” Youmans, Jr., Brunson, SC; Jamie Williams, Elaine Webb, Ricky Lofton.
