Pop,” as he was affectionately called, took on the spiritual form of immortality on Tuesday morning, September 13, 2022, at 4:43 AM, when the Lord called him home. He was born October 17, 1962, to the late Mr. Franklin Buckner and the late Ethel M. Buckner in Crocketville, South Carolina.
