Ella Ree White

Ms. Ella Ree White was born in Hampton County, SC on October 8, 1949. She was the eldest daughter of the late Walter Rodell Williams, Sr. and Nettie Pollins Williams.
At an early age, she joined the Bethlehem Baptist Church where she served faithfully as an Usher for many years. She was educated in the public schools of Hampton County and graduated in 1967 from the former North District Training School in Varnville, SC.  She was later united in holy matrimony to Mr. Johnny Lee White and together they were blessed with five children. She worked several jobs in the Hilton Head/Bluffton area throughout the years. Her final place of employment was RSI in Bluffton, where she worked until her health no longer permitted. 
On Tuesday, March 22, 2022, she entered eternal rest at Pruitt Health in Walterboro, SC. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, one brother, Michael Sutton and one son, Kelvin White. 
She leaves to cherish fond memories: Two daughters, Lolita (Rodney) McQuire and India White, both of Varnville, SC. Two sons, Johnny (Cindy) White, Pooler, GA and Stacey White, Varnville, SC. One sister, Linda Williams of Hampton, SC and one brother, Walter (Eva) Williams, Jr; Sister-in-law, Walene Penn; Brothers in law, Jimmy (Gerlean) White, Gerald (Lois) White, Ricky (Chevelle) White and Randy (Melinda) White. Two Aunts, Pearline Lingard and Annie Jones. One Uncle, Leon(Louise) Williams. Fifteen grandchildren; Josalyn, Kandice, Rashaad, Brittany, Faizon, Rodriqua, Keemo, Jamir, Deonte, Johnathan, Devin, Alexis, Mingo, Jr(MJ), Jaden and Makayla(KK). 5 Great grandchildren; Kennedy, Jakobe, Kamden, Elijah and Dontae,Jr; A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends. A special friend and caregiver, Mrs. Sylvia.
