Master Jakarie Dyshawn Breland

Jakarie was born October 25, 2016, the son of Aketa Latrell Davis and Edward Breland in Colleton County, South Carolina.  He was christened at the tender age of six moths at the Antioch Christian Church Varnville, South Carolina.   Jakarie attended the Children’s Place  and Keeper’s Learning Centers. He was very exceptional at an early age. Jakarie loved story time, reading,  painting, and drawing . He  was very  intrigued with  the solar system, stars and was a novice at playing chess. In addition to riding his bike, Jakarie enjoyed walking the dog  with his “Papa. He adored Paw Parol and was a little master at playing  video games .

Jakarie is preceded in death by his  grandparents, Earnest and Carolyn Davis, and  great grandfather, John Breland.

Event hough his time with us was brief, Jakari touched many lives. On December 6, 2020 at  MUSC Children’s Hospital, Charleston, South Carolina, he was called him home to be with the Lord.

Cherishing his memory are his parents, Aketa Latrell Davis and Edward Dyhawn Breland, sister, Diamond Niecy Hamilton (Chad),Yemassee SC, brother, Emaris Breland, nephew, Cameron Breland, grandparents, Shirley Breland, Kelvin((Shirley) Mitchell, of Colleton County, aunts, Stacy “Ya Ya”(Delante) Chisolm, Varnville,SC, Patty Davis, and Kahadija(Steven)Frazier all of Ruffin,SC, uncles, James(Valerie)Davis, North Carolina, Danny (Patty)Davis, Pennasukin, NJ, Kevin Mitchell and Malik Breland both of Sniders, a host of cousins, including two special cousins, Dauntavia Chisolm, and Dequan Williams, god parents, Terrica Perry, and Valerie  Joyner, Jakarie's  special friend, Brett Dunbar, and his football buddy, Quayshon William a host of  great aunts and uncles , a host other relatives and sorrowing friends .
