Shannon Mohna’y Eady was born on April 29, 1990, in Allendale County, South Carolina to Diane Eady and Tracy Doe. She departed this life on February 14, 2023 at Orangeburg Regional Hospital in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Shannon attended the Allendale County Public School system and received her diploma from Stanford University in New Hampshire. At an early age, she accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior, and was baptized at Miller Swamp Missionary Baptist Church in 2015.
Shannon enjoyed playing video games and she also was a “jack of all trades.” If it was broken, Shannon could fix it!! She also loved watching scary movies – the scarier the better.
Shannon leaves to cherish fond memories: her mother and father; Diane Eady and Tracy Doe; her sister, Sabrina Eady of Fairfax, SC; four uncles, John Henry (Vonnie) Eady, James Eady, Kenny Lee, all of Fairfax, SC and Lorenzo Doe of Allendale, SC; four aunts, Brenda Eady, Pauline (Ronald) Bradley, Sarah Eady and Lisa Lee, all of Fairfax, SC; eight grand-aunts, Geraldine Simmons of Orangeburg, SC, Albertha Youmans of Allendale, SC, Glenda Simmons of Newark, N J, Mary Grubbs of Brooklyn, NY, Evelina Priester of Allendale, SC, Mary Outing of Barton, SC, Mattie Ward and Marie Badger, both of Appleton, SC; two grand-uncles, Robert and Walter Youmans of Ulmer, SC; special and devoted cousins; Deshelle (Justin) Sanders, Willie Williams, Cedric Eady, Patrice Eady and Ronald Bradley, Jr.; and a host of other family and friends.
