Grandma I have so much to tell you. I wish you were here to listen. I know you are smiling down from heaven. I want you to know I will never forget you. You mean so much to me. I'm doing everything I promise you I would. Grandma you sacrifice so much for me and I thank you for that. Living without you is so hard. I don't know how I'm going to make it some days but I know its nothing but the Lord. I know you are in a better place. I guess I'm being a little selfish. I need you here with me. When I'm sad I can't call you anymore or when I have something funny to say we can't laugh anymore. O yea I forgot to tell you I finally graduated college. Something I thought will never happen but you told me I can do it and I did Roma. It was a bitter sweet moment but I know you were there. Shani is still doing good in school. She miss you too grandma. If you was here you will tell me Mone don't cry about me I'm alright. You will say life goes on, grandma that is not true. How can I go on without you? Time do not heal all wounds. Well I will talk to you later. I love you.

My sincere condolences to the family of Ms. Maroma Gist. I owe much gratitude to her for adding to my desire to become a teacher (of which I did). I hope I displayed as much concern for my students and she did of us.

Always encouraged students to carry themselves with respect and when speaking to persons look them straight in the eyes, and never be ashamed of who you are.
